The Black Sticks' preparation for next month's Commonwealth Games continued to schedule when they downed Malaysia 4-0 in the second women's hockey international in Christchurch yesterday.
The Malaysians, who arrived in New Zealand late on Friday, showed improvement from Saturday's 7-0 loss to the Black Sticks, holding them to a 2-0 halftime lead.
But two quick goals from vastly experienced striker Niniwa Roberts-Lang in the first five minutes of the second spell put the result beyond doubt.
