Matthew Stanley and Corey Main were unable to medal in the pool at the Commonwealth Games this morning.
Stanley lost out in the men's 200m freestyle final, while Main came up short in the 100m backstroke.
In the 200m freestyle, Australians Thomas Fraser-Holmes and Cameron McEvoy took gold and silver respectively, while Wales' Calum Jarvis claimed bronze.
Stanely, swimming in lane two, finished in seventh spot.
Main finished in sixth position in the 100m backstroke with a time of 54.40, while England's Chris Walker-Hebborn took gold in a Games-record time of 53.12.
