New Zealand heptathlete Rebecca Wardell is aiming to break the 6000 points mark at next month's national championships in Hamilton after passing the Commonwealth Games qualifying mark at the weekend.
Wardell totalled 5988 points to easily overcome the qualifying standard of 5800. It was her best score in New Zealand.
