New Plymouth runner Michael Aish won a 5000m race in Seattle, Washington, over the weekend to confirm his place in the New Zealand athletics team for the Commonwealth Games.
Aish, 29, clocked 13m 42.75s at the University of Washington Husky Classic meeting.
