Valerie Adams continued her impressive win streak with a 51st consecutive shot put victory at the Diamond League meet in Lausanne this morning.
The double Olympic champion had back-to-back throws of 20.42m which was 77cm more than second placed Lijiao Gong of China, who threw a season best 19.65m.
American Michelle Carter, who finished just 0.16 behind the Kiwi at the last Diamond League outing in New York, was in third with a best attempt of 19.38m.
The world number two this season, Christina Schwanitz did not compete in Lausanne.
"Happy with today as I felt like myself again," Adams posted on Instagram.
