Many fans have already responded on Twitter, believing McGregor could be sparring ahead of his return to the Octagon.

Rumours quickly swirled that McGregor had stepped up a notch in training, ahead of a potential comeback.
The 29-year-old was stripped of his UFC lightweight belt after Dana White revealed Tony Ferguson and Khabib Nurmagomedov are set to go head to head at UFC 223.
But with up-and-coming MMA star Nurmagomedov taking the division by storm, McGregor could soon have to face the Russian himself.

McGregor's coach, John Kavanagh, has also talked up the potential meeting with Nurmagomedov.
"They're on a path to meeting each other. So I'm of course watching everything that he does," he said.
