Former WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko believes British unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua has what it take to become the first undisputed champion in 18 years.
Klitschko, who retired from boxing earlier this year after losing to Joshua by way of TKO in the 11th round, told The Sun he had "passed the torch to a younger lion."
"I'd say the more Joshua shines, the better I shine. If I lost, I want to make sure I lost to the better man," the 41-year-old Ukranian said.
"I wish, from the bottom of my heart, he continues to carry this torch for a long time and is very successful just like I was.
