Boxing: Meehan battered by Rahman

Australian-based New Zealand boxer Kali Meehan lost his heavyweight fight with American Hasim "The Rock" Rahman at New York's Madison Square Garden.

Rahman battered Meehan throughout the fight, and at the end of the fourth round, with his boxer struggling to stay on his feet, Meehan's trainer Mark Janssen stepped into the ring and stopped the contest.
