"I'm resigned from that association as of today. I don't want any part of it," Revill said.
"I don't like the way they operate. They have inexperienced people doing officiating jobs. I've resigned because of the fallout and the way this whole tournament was run.
"Any Joseph Parker fights in New Zealand I don't want a part of it.
"I don't want to be criticised for having my opinion.
"I'm looking at taking legal matters for all these comments coming my way. It's childish behaviour from someone like Dean Lonergan."
Revill remains adamant Parker was not deserving of a majority decision win, after one judge scored the fight as a 114 draw, while the remaining two scored it 115-113 in the 24-year-old South Aucklander's favour.
"I'm telling you right now again 118-11Ruiz wins the fight. That's the way I saw it. Just get over it and live with it.
"I'm not going to change my decision. I shoot straight from the hip and I stand by my decision. I've watched the fight twice since. If you don't like it lump it. I've rattled the cage of Duco.
"Look at what [Muhammad Ali's biographer Thomas] Hauser had to say."
The New Zealand Professional Boxing Association president remains upset the national body had been shut out from organising local events after his relationship with Parker's management had deteriorated.
"We started off with Dean Lonergan and everything was going smoothly but then things between Kevin Barry and myself seemed to fall apart so our association was dropped from participating with Duco Events and they started to go through the NZNZF [New Zealand National Boxing Federation], who are a pack of people who don't know what they're doing.
"Leon Panoncillo got so embarrassed about operating through these guys that he formed a new association called the PBC.
"I've known Dean Lonergan a long time and I've supported him a long time. I've helped him through challenging times; helped him put fights on he couldn't do. It's beyond reason what he's done.
"I've served my time as an amateur boxer. I've represented my country. I won three titles as a professional heavyweight and served as an international referee so I don't have to answer to anybody in boxing."
