Russia's WBA heavyweight champion Nikolay Valuev will make the first defence of his boxing crown against Jamaican fighter Owen Beck on June 3 in Hanover, Germany.
The 29-year-old Beck has 25 wins from 27 fights but is way down in 41st place in the world rankings.
The 32-year-old Valuev won the WBA heavyweight title in Berlin on December 17 with a controversial points win over America's John Ruiz.
