There was mayhem in Munich on the weekend after an Austrian fighter went to the Mike Tyson playbook and bit his opponent.
Astrit Klimenta stunned those watching his cruiserweight contest in Germany when he lashed out and sunk his teeth into the flesh of Serbia's Andrej Pesic.
The despicable act, which appeared to leave Pesic bleeding from his left ear, was reminiscent of Tyson's chomp on Evander Holyfield in 1997.
According to reports in Germany, the contest was stopped by the referee and Pesic's trainer, Alexander Petkovic, stormed into the ring to confront Klimenta.
Despite being held back by the referee, the wild Austrian threw a punch at Petkovic and continued to run his mouth.
