The Griffins beat Sandra Keith and Serena Mathews 22-19 in their semi-final.
Black Jacks rep Ali Forsyth and his father Neville have beaten defending men's champions Rob Ashton and Peter Sain 18-10 in their last four match.
They'll face Andrew Howie and Greg Dale in the men's pairs final, after the Australians ousted Wellington young guns Seamus Curtin and Euan Wong.
