Bowls: Edwards wings singles

Jo Edwards became the first Kiwi woman to win the prestige Invitational Golden Nugget singles bowls in Australia on Thursday.

Edwards beat Tasmania's Rebecca Quail 25-21 in the semifinal then defeated Western Australia's Therese Hastings 25-9 in the final.
