The Carlton four also had an 18-all draw with Gisborne's Te Karaka. Unbeaten for Carlton were singles player Petar Sain and the pair of Nick Krajancic and Ivan Marsic.
Men's points: Carlton 15 +53, Aramoho 14 +36, Te Karaka 8 +5, Tauranga South 8 +4, Fairfield 7 -15, United 2 -83.
