The Onehunga club's Danny Delaney capped a consistent season of success when he was named the Auckland Bowler of the Year yesterday at the Rawhiti club's annual lunch and tournament in aid of the Child Cancer Foundation.
The other finalists were Delaney's clubmate Chris Le Lievre and New Lynn's Reen Stratford. The day raised $10,000 for the foundation.
