Another New Zealand bodybuilder has been banned from competition for two years by the Sports Disputes Tribunal after testing positive to banned drugs.
Barbora Jurcanova tested positive for the banned substance Clenbuterol while competing in the Auckland Body Building Championships on May 21. She won the novice section.
Bodybuilder Tony Ligaliga was last week handed the same penalty as Jurcanova, having been the first New Zealander to test positive for BZP, which is the active ingredient in "herbal highs", sold legally under names such as Blast, Frenzy and Rapture.
