Why did the cat cross the ice? No one knows, but video has gone viral.
The little black feline was caught on camera dashing across the ice during a hockey match in California between the Nashville Predators and the San Jose Sharks.
Ironically the Predator's mascot is a catfish. However the black cat did not bring the team luck.
Five goals in the third period led the Sharks to a 5-2 victory in the Western Conference Round Two series match on Friday night.
