KEY POINTS:
Brazilian duo Camillinha Saldanha and Lili Maestrini started the New Zealand Beach Volleyball Tour as favourites in the women's field, and after racking up four consecutive titles on the tour, it's not hard to see why.
The pair, who have both won world under-21 titles, have looked in a class of their own across the tour, impressing with their tremendous control and precision.
Their success is all the more remarkable given the team only came together at the last minute after Saldanha's regular playing partner was forced to withdraw due to a family bereavement. She is joined by current world under-21 champion Maestrini.
Despite their limited time together the pair were able to battle to a title win in the opening round in Matarangi. From there on the South Americans have looked unstoppable, taking out the remaining rounds in Ohope, Mount Maunganui and Wellington with apparent ease.
