Watch: NBA hopeful Tacko Fall is a seven foot, six inch giant

When you're making Zion Williamson look like a mouse, you know you're a big unit.

Standing at a hair over 229cm without shoes, 141kg NBA draft hopeful Tacko Fall is simply enormous.

Boasting an incredible 2.5m wingspan, 3m standing reach, and just 6.8 per cent body fat, Fall can dunk with little more than a skip.

According to draft analyst Jonathan Givony, Fall's ridiculous measurements "broke every figure in our database for height, wingspan and reach" when he went through the mandatory tape measure test at the recent college combine.

Should the 23-year-old snag a spot in the NBA, he will be tied with Shawn Bradley and Yao Ming as the second tallest players the association has ever seen.

The enormous draft hopeful played against Williamson in the second round of the NCAA tournament in March and pushed Duke all the way.

Fall was asked Tuesday who he would take with the No. 1 pick in this draft, and he did not hesitate for even a second before answering.

"Zion," Fall said. "He's a once-in-a-generation player. I'd seen him on TV a lot, but when you play against this kid, you just see it. He's different."

The pair were two of 11 college stars added to the NBA scouting combine in Chicago, which included a host of athletes in top place for a spot in the league.

"We came, we competed," Fall said in a video posted on the G-League Twitter account. " … I feel like it was a good run, a good run for us. That's all you can ask; for people to come and compete and show what they can do."

A photo of the mythically tall Fall standing next to popular basketball sideline analyst Tracy Wolfson went viral earlier in the year for obvious reasons.

The scariest thing about the photo is that Fall's hand appears to be about the same size as the 157cm tall reporter's torso.

In one clip that went viral earlier this season, Fall was spotted snatching a rebound between two Houston players and then proceeded tom wave the ball around at the defensive end to stop his opponents trying to hit it out of his oversized mitts.
