To call Australia's victory over the Marshall Islands at the under-17 women's Oceania championships a thrashing would certainly be an understatement.
The Aussies completed one of the all-time routs - winning 166-3. Yes that's not a misprint.
Australia led 43-0 after the first quarter and extended it out to 85-0 at halftime. Marshall Islands finally got some points on the scoreboard with 5.03 left in the third quarter when Tamara Salome Andrike made a field goal. That made the score 104-2.
Andrike added a free-throw late in the third quarter to complete her nation's scoring.
Five different Australian players finished with at least 20 points or more.
