Nenad Vucinic and Kennedy Hamilton-Kereama have been reappointed as the respective coaches of the New Zealand men's and women's basketball teams.
The assistant coach roles for both teams will be advertised shortly, Basketball New Zealand said today.
Vucinic, who guided the Tall Blacks to 12th at the world championship in Turkey last year, is currently coaching in the Italian second division with Forli after starting the season coaching in the Turkish second division. Forli is 15th of 16 teams.
Hamilton-Kereama, who took over from Shawn Dennis as women's national coach last year and was the first New Zealander to coach the Tall Ferns since Carl Dickel in 2000, is coaching the Sandringham Sabres women's team in Melbourne.
Both teams will be gearing toward the Oceania championships in Australia in September, with best-of-three series' against the hosts to decide who qualifies for the London Olympics next year.
