Point guard Angela Marino is a late withdrawal from the NZ women's basketball team's tour to China. The Tall Ferns left for Beijing last night, but will be without their last remaining Olympian, who has withdrawn to concentrate on her law exams.
Marino, 21, becomes the fourth senior player to make herself unavailable for China after captain Donna Wilkins, forward Aneka Kerr and guard Charmian Purcell pulled out.
