Tall Blacks shooting guard Corey Webster is getting a shot at the NBA.
Webster is set to fly to America tomorrow for an NBA workout in an attempt to secure a training camp invite, according to Australian website Downtownball.
It has not been confirmed at this stage which team Webster will be working out for, but a source indicated it was the New Orleans Pelicans.
After starring overseas for the Tall Blacks and in Game One of the Tall Blacks series against the Australian Boomers, Webster caught the eye of many suitors, and has NBA sides interested to see more.
Webster's mix of elite perimeter and mid-range shooting means he can light up sides and collect points quickly, while his defence and ball-handling skills have improved of late as his all-round game improves.
