The New Zealand men's basketball team suffered the second straight defeat of their European tour in Estonia yesterday, fading in the final quarter to lose 57-54 in Rakvere. The Tall Blacks dominated but could not protect a six-point halftime lead and were eventually beaten by their hosts 18-13.
