Kiwi Steven Adams' Oklahoma City Thunder came back from 21-points down only to lose 119-117 against the Orlando Magic in their NBA clash today.
Former Thunder forward Serge Ibaka returned to haunt his former team when he knocked down the game winning field goal with less than a second remaning to give him a career-high 31 points and nine rebounds in his first appearance in Oklahoma since he was traded to Orlando in late June.
Late in the second-quarter the home side rallied to cut the Magic's 21-point lead to 10 to see them trailing 47-57 at halftime.
Despite scores being drawn at 117-117 with 11 seconds remaining the visitors were good enough to consign the Thunder to a third straight defeat leaving them with six wins and four losses ahead of tomorrow's away clash against the Pistons in Detroit.
Russell Westbrook was strong for the Thunder, contributing 41 points, 16 assists, and 12 boards, while Adams finished with 13, 0 and 10.
