Adapting to a coaching environment different to the Breakers has been hard for former power forward Tai Wesley.
Wesley and Cedric Jackson departed from the Breakers after being lured across the Tasman to play for Melbourne United in the ANBL season.
The 30-year-old has been with the Breakers for two seasons but decided to go to the free agency and test the market for interest from other clubs.
But Wesley says the approach to games and practices vary between the organisations.
He says its been a learning curve because the Melbourne coaching staff is different to Dean Vickerman and Paul Henare.
