Tall Blacks forward Mika Vukona is returning to the New Zealand Breakers after signing with the Australian National Basketball League club on a long-term contract.
Vukona, 27, played for the Auckland-based Breakers from 2004 to 2008 before stints with the South Dragons, where he won an ANBL title, and Gold Coast Blaze.
Breakers general manager Richard Clarke said he was delighted to have lured rebound king Vukona back, subject to Basketball Australia approval.
Vukona is currently playing for the Nelson Giants in the New Zealand NBL.
