New Zealand Breakers coach Andrej Lemanis is talking his side up ahead of their opening Australian National Basketball League (ANBL) match in Auckland tonight.
The Breakers begin their campaign against the South Dragons at the North Shore Events Centre. The Dragons are one of two new entrants to the competition in 2006 - the Singapore Slingers being the other.
Andrej Lemanis says his side is trained well and primed to put a good performance together. He says he expects them to push the Dragons extremely hard and start the season in positive fashion.
Lemanis says the four new faces in the team have impressed and he believes they have a group capable of at least making the playoffs.
Tip off is at 7.15pm.
