The New Zealand Breakers will assess injured forward Will Hudson later this week in regards to his chances of playing in Thursday night's game against Cairns.
The American suffered a knock to the head in the loss to the Sydney Kings on Saturday night and did not train with the team today.
Breakers physiotherapist Anousith Bouaaphone said every precaution would be taken with Hudson.
"Will suffered a mild concussion on Saturday night and has not trained today as a precaution," he said. "We will continue to monitor him closely to gauge his progress.
"We won't make any decision about Thursday night's game at Vector Arena against the Taipans until later in the week. As always in situations such as this, the player's health and wellbeing is first and foremost our priority."
