The New Zealand Breakers have made it two wins from two games at the Australian National Basketball League (ANBL) pre-season tournament in Darwin last night defeating the Townsville Crocodiles 102-91.
Guard Kirk Penney led the scoring with 23 points and pulled in 10 rebounds, while Thomas Abercrombie had 18 points and Rick Rickert and Corey Webster 16 each.
Head Coach Andrej Lemanis was pleased with the improvement on on Thursday's win over the 36ers.
The Breakers play Wollongong in the 'tournament final' tonight before returning to NZ on Sunday.
