The Breakers have continued their perfect start to the Australian NBL season.
The New Zealand franchise have made it five wins from as many matches with an 82-78 win over Adelaide across the Tasman last night.
Thomas Abercrombie top scored with 20 points and nine rebounds, while Kevin Braswell added 19 and CJ Bruton scored 18.
Bruton says their squad depth is the key to their success. He says all 10 players are doing their bit which means no one has to play 39 or 40 minutes to try to scratch out a win.
The Breakers now head to Perth for the second leg of the "doomsday double" tomorrow.
