The New Zealand Breakers have confirmed their nine-man squad to compete in an invitational basketball tournament in China next week.
Coach Andrej Lemanis has included three Breakers from last season in Aaron Olson, who has signed for next season, Lindsay Tait and Blake Truslove, as he looks to confirm his Australian National Basketball League roster.
Joining them are Americans Robert Reid and Kitwana Rhymer, who have been competing in the US, and Brent Charleton, leading scorer in the Canadian college league. Charleton could become a Tall Black through his New Zealand father.
Canterbury Rams forward Clifton Bush and junior Tall Black Thomas Abercrombie round out the local players, and Townsville Crocodile forward Greg Vanderjagt has also made the team.
The Breakers leave on April 26 and play three games against the Melbourne Tigers, a South Korean league team and the host Chinese league team in Wuxi City outside Shanghai.
They then move to Tian Jin City near Beijing for another round of three games in three days.
