KEY POINTS:
The Australian National Basketball League has fined the Wollongong Hawks A$1000 ($1107) for breaching rules on courtside announcing during their home game against the Breakers on Saturday.
The league said all teams were required to ensure their court announcer did not make disparaging or critical remarks. The breaches are believed to include playing a soundbite screaming "hallelujah" when the Hawks were awarded a foul.
