Basketball: U-18s outplayed by Czechs

New Zealand's under-18 men's basketball team was overwhelmed 82-45 by the Czech Republic in their opening match at the Vilagarcia Basket Cup in Spain. Captain Ethan Rusbatch (Canterbury) top-scored with nine points, three steals and 12 rebounds.
