Steven Adams has unleashed an influential performance for the Oklahoma City Thunder in their last-ditch NBA loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves.
New Zealand centre Adams scored 14 points in a stand-out first half and finished the game with 17 as the Thunder went down 115-113 to the visitors.
In a clash of two of the league's strongest teams, Adams also shone in other areas. He picked up 13 rebounds - including eight off the offensive boards - three assists, two blocks and a steal.
His performance in the first half overshadowed that of his big-name team-mates, although guard Russell Westbrook (31 points) and forward Carmelo Anthony (23) eventually outscored him.
Star Timberwolves forward Andrew Wiggins had the final say, however, sinking a spectacular three-point shot on the buzzer to decide the contest.
