Another member of the Tall Blacks' famed 2002 world championship side is entering retirement.
Phill Jones' career is over after 22 years, with his Nelson Giants side going down 89-71 to the Wellington Saints in the second national basketball league semi-final in the capital.
Jones says he's humbled to have been a part of the Giants side.
He says he bleeds blue and he's going to sorely miss being a Nelson Giants player.
