Basketball: Pepper pots player of the week

New Zealand Breakers centre Ben Pepper has been named Player of the Week by the Australian National Basketball League (ANBL).

The 2.13m Pepper was a dominant figure under the basket, helping the Breakers win their two home matches against the West Sydney Razorbacks over the weekend.

Pepper averaged 14.0 points and 16.0 rebounds from the two games while shooting the ball at 59 per cent from the field.
