Perth Wildcats guard James Harvey ended the New Zealand Breakers' recent winning streak in the Australian National Basketball League early this morning.
Harvey netted a huge 37-points to lead the Wildcats to a 98-86 win in Perth and snap a six-game losing streak for the home side.
The Breakers had won four of their last five games heading into the match but struggled to score against the Perth defence through the first half to be down 36-58.
They made a massive comeback to get to within three-points in the final quarter before giving away a couple of turnovers that allowed the Wildcats to pull clear.
Mike Chappell once again led the Breakers' scoring with 24 points followed by 15 from Aaron Olsen.
The loss leaves the Breakers just outside the top-eight on the points table.
