Basketball: Imports carry Pistons to win

Imports Jerry Smith and Sylvester Seay led the Waikato Pistons to a comfortable 89-75 NBL win over the Nelson Giants in Hamilton last night.

Smith scored 23 points with Seay adding a double double of 15 points and 14 rebounds.

Breakers bench player BJ Anthony added 19 points before heading back to Auckland to prepare for game three of the ANBL finals tomorrow night.
