Nelson's Chris Daniel will play for the Singapore Slingers in the coming Australian National Basketball League season.
The 1.97m 23-year-old is due to join his new team in July, after the Nelson Giants' campaign in the NZNBL.
Daniel, who spent last season with the Breakers as a development player, said he left with the club's blessing.
