The New Zealand Breakers slumped to their fourth straight loss in the Australian NBL last night, going down 103-83 to the Brisbane Bullets across the Tasman.
The Breakers trailed 49-35 at halftime and were never in the game.
Mike Chappell top scored with 23 points for the visitors while Ben Melmeth hit 14.
The defeat sees the Breakers return home with a record of 6 wins and 15 losses.
They are second-to-last in the 12-team league but still just one win away from the cut off point for the playoffs of eighth, currently occupied by the Victoria Giants.
