Baseball: World Series ball sent to hall of fame

The Boston Red Sox and former first baseman Doug Mientkiewicz have resolved a legal dispute over ownership of a ball caught for the last out in 2004 to win the team's first World Series in 86 years.

They agreed to send the ball to the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
