Baseball: Rodriguez in drug probe

US Yankees baseball star Alex Rodriguez has been contacted by federal investigators regarding a Canadian doctor accused of selling an unapproved drug.

Rodriguez said yesterday he would co-operate with officials.

Dr Anthony Galea faces four charges related to Actovegin, which is extracted from calf's blood and used for healing.
