Time Warner finalised an agreement to sell the Atlanta Braves baseball team to Liberty Media Corporation after more than a year of negotiations.
The deal, which values the team at US$450 million ($665.18 million), was submitted to Major League Baseball for approval process, although no announcement had been made.
The parties hope MLB will approve the sale for the team to be transferred by opening day on April 1.
