Badminton: Under-19s make Pan-Pacific final

New Zealand are through to the final of the Pan Pacific badminton under-19 teams championship in Vancouver after beating Taiwan and Australia.

They started the day with an 11-0 victory over Taiwan to finish top of their group. In the afternoon, they downed the second-placed team from the other group, Australia, 9-2.

In the final they face the winners of group one, Canada.
