New Zealand will play a three-test badminton series against Singapore in August, it was confirmed today.
Badminton New Zealand said today the tests will be played on August 8, 10 and 12 at Palmerston North, Wellington and Waitakere respectively.
The New Zealand team of eight players and two reserves will be named by selectors Martin Andrew and Tjitte Weistra next week.
The tests will be decided on a best of five matches involving men's and womens singles and doubles and a mixed doubles matches.
Singapore players will warm up for the tests by playing in the New Zealand Open championship in Auckland from August 1-6.
