Cricket legend Michael Slater has again fronted court after police were called to his house over a concern for his welfare.
Police rushed to the 52-year-old's Manly home on Sydney's northern beaches on July 14.
After they arrived, they called an ambulance that took Slater to Northern Beaches Hospital, The Daily Telegraph reported.
He remained in hospital until he was taken to Manly police station on Monday and charged with breaching his bail.
Slater fronted Manly Local Court on Monday afternoon.
