Mark Bright led Lynndale to their fourth win in a row in the annual Auckland cross-country teams race at Hayman Park in Manukau City.
Bright, enjoying one of his best seasons, dominated Saturday's 10,000m event with a display of power running around the four laps to win in 33m 19s.
Seaton Meredith contributed to Lynndale's winning effort with second place in 33m 30s.
Chris Robb, of Auckland City club, winner of the first race in the individual grand prix series at Clevedon, was third in 33m 47s.
Auckland City were second in the teams event, just four points short of upsetting Lynndale.
Nicole Cope, of Takapuna, continued her run of success in the women's 5900m race, beating Michelle Prowse by 25s in 22m 16s.
Edwin Henshaw, of North Shore, the New Zealand under-18 3000m champion, was too strong in the under-20 5900m.
Chanel Williamson, of Pakuranga, pipped Erin Montgomery, of North Harbour, by 2s in the women's under-20 race.
