Nick Willis has fallen short of the World Athletics Championships' qualifying standard for the 1500 metres at the Brussels Grand Prix meet.
The Olympic bronze medallist won the event in a time of 3:37.69 seconds, though it was 1.69 seconds off the A standard.
Willis has another opportunity to qualify for next month's championships in London this weekend.
