Tom Walsh has finished second in his penultimate shot put event of the 2016 season.
A day after smashing his own national record with a throw of 22.20m, the Diamond League champion has thrown a best effort of 21.18m at a meet in Germany.
Czech Tomas Stanek has won the meet in a personal best effort of 21.26m.
Walsh now travels to Zagreb to round his season on Tuesday morning.
